Swiss biotech firm, Lonza Viral Therapeutics, located in Pearland’s rapidly developing Lower Kirby District, unveiled two commissioned art pieces at their April 10 ribbon-cutting ceremony, heralding the opening of their new manufacturing facility.

The works of art, titled, “Virus” and “DNA,” can be found immediately outside of Lonza’s 300,000 square foot facility on Kirby Drive.  The Pearland Arts League assisted Lonza Site Director and Pearland resident Ricardo Jimenez with the sourcing and selection of the sculptor, as well as creative collaboration for the pieces’ design.
